Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The Pips Cartel Mentorship (“the Mentorship”) is operated by Pips Cartel Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17413279. Registered office: Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB. You can reach us at support@pipscartel.com.
By subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not subscribe.
2. What the membership includes
A single membership gives you access, for as long as your subscription is active, to:
- The Liquidity Inducement Trading video course
- The Foundations and Models interactive workbooks
- Trade breakdowns, added on an ongoing basis
- Live pre-market analysis before the New York session, five days a week, plus the recording archive
- The Pips Cartel Discord community
- Invite-only access to the Pips Cartel timings indicator on TradingView
We may add to, change or reorganise this material. We may also change the schedule or format of the live sessions, or pause them for holidays, illness or days the market is closed, without reducing your fee. We will not remove a substantial part of the material without notice.
3. Educational content only, not financial advice
Nothing in the Mentorship is financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not provide regulated investment services.
All teaching, analysis, outlooks, breakdowns, chat messages and live commentary are provided for educational purposes only. Any trade you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.
Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, ours or anyone else’s, does not indicate future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Subscription, billing and price
- The membership is offered on two recurring plans, at the price shown at checkout: a monthly plan billed every month, and a six-month plan billed once every six months. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, or every six months, depending on your plan) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period (the end of the paid month, or the end of the paid six-month term). You keep access until then.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until it succeeds.
- All payments are final and non-refundable. See our refunds position below.
- We may change the price. Existing members will be given at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change applies to them, and can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Your right to cancel
Because the Mentorship gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked at checkout to agree that access begins straight away and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel for that content.
By creating an account and starting your membership, you request immediate access to the digital content.
We do not offer refunds. Because your membership gives you immediate access to digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of a billing period after you cancel: if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, but you are not refunded for it.
We may, entirely at our own discretion and without any obligation to do so, choose to issue a refund in an individual case where we consider it fair. This is a discretionary decision made by us on a case-by-case basis and is not a right you can rely on or demand.
6. Access, and what happens when you cancel
Your access is personal to you. It is not transferable and may not be shared. One membership means one person.
You keep access to everything for as long as you are subscribed. When your subscription ends, your access ends. That includes the course, the workbooks, the breakdown library, the call archive and the Discord. Nothing is provided as a permanent download and nothing is retained for you afterwards.
You can resubscribe at any time at the price then advertised.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Share, resell, republish or redistribute any part of the material, including your login
- Record, download, screen-capture or re-upload the videos, calls or workbooks
- Use the material to build or market a competing product
- Harass, abuse or spam other members, or solicit them in Discord
- Post signals, referral links or promotional material in the community without permission
We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without refund, for a serious or repeated breach of this section.
8. Intellectual property
All course videos, workbooks, diagrams, charts, written material, the Pips Cartel name and the Liquidity Inducement Trading method as taught remain our property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the material while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Mentorship available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party services we rely on, including Stripe, Discord, Zoom and our hosting, may fail or change. We are not liable for downtime outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Mentorship. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email. Continuing to use the Mentorship after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
