1. Who we are
Pips Cartel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17413279, registered office Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB), is the data controller for personal data collected through pipscartel.com and the Pips Cartel Mentorship. 2. What we collect
- If you request the free workbook: your email address, and your name if you give it.
- If you subscribe: your name, email address, billing country and subscription status. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store them.
- If you join the Discord: your Discord username, so we can grant and remove access.
- If you attend a live call: the name and email you register with, and your participation in the recording if you speak or appear on camera.
- Automatically: basic analytics about pages visited and how you arrived, including any campaign tags on the link you clicked.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To provide the membership: performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and prevent fraud: performance of contract, and legal obligation.
- To send you the free workbook and follow-up emails: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To send service emails about your membership: performance of contract. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while subscribed.
- To understand how the site is performing: our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
- To keep accounting records: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We use these processors, each of which only receives what it needs:
- Stripe: payments and subscription management
- Memberstack: accounts and access control
- Beehiiv: email delivery for the free workbook and newsletter
- Discord: the community
- Zoom: live sessions and recordings
- Zapier: connecting the above
- Netlify: website hosting
- YouTube / Google: video hosting. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and do not load YouTube cookies until you press play.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by their standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
5. How long we keep it
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted.
- Members: for the life of your membership, then up to 12 months in case you return.
- Payment and accounting records: six years, as UK tax law requires.
- Call recordings: for as long as the archive is offered to members.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or port it elsewhere. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Email harry@harrygadd.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, plus analytics to measure traffic. Embedded YouTube videos set cookies only once you press play.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell members by email.
